A three cheese blend of feta, ricotta, and cottage  cheese folded into a thin layer of filo dough, with or  without freshly chopped spinach

A vegetarian option with a boost of antioxidants from a dark leafy green like spinach and daily dose of calcium to help build strong bones.

Whole grain pita provides additional fiber to help kids stay full and focused.

We are now proudly serving up to 10 schools with a high volume and even higher demand for the upcoming school year. Homemade Greek Yogurt

Chopped Greek Salads accompany all meals and are made with crisp romaine, juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, authentic feta cheese and light extra virgin kalamata olive oil.

An excellent source of calcium for bone and teeth health and contains three types of live and active cultures, which help with digestion. Greek yogurt also has twice as much protein when compared to regular yogurt so eat up!
